Özet: One of the prerequisites for being an effective leader is good communication, with successful organisational communication positively impacting not only the leader but also employees. In fact, in organisational structures with participative leadership, an efficient working environment is most cogently created by ensuring a harmonious relationship between employees and leadership. In the research conducted in the manufacturing sector, white-collar employees working in automobile companies were the focus group: specifically chosen because they are at a significant status level and their working environment is quite intense. Within the scope of the purpose of the research, survey studies were carried out with 334 employees in 2019, and the analysis was conducted with the SmartPLS 3.2 program. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that organisational communication and participative leadership in organisations are positively affected by organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
