Özet: The purpose of this study is to analyze the levels of health consultants’ organizational support (institutional, employers and colleagues) and organizational cynicism, to determine whether the perceptions of organizational cynicism and organizational support change depending on certain demographic features and to find out the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational support. The study was carried out on 67 health consultants working in a private hospital in Istanbul between the dates 05.08.2016 - 19.08.2016. One-way analysis of variance and correlation and regression are used in the data analysis. The results of the study demonstrate an organizational cynicism level at 2.44, an institutional support level at 3.22, the employers’ support level at 3.63 and colleagues’ support level at 3.50. The study indicates a significant difference between organizational support and the period of time spent in the institution. The study also shows the relationship between organizational cynicism and employer support. In addition, it is also observed in the study that organizational cynicism is affected by employers support.
