The dissatisfaction experienced by the employees in the institutions, the attitudes and behaviors of the leaders on the employees, and also the life of the institutions. At the same time, the increase in the employment turnover rate in institutions can lead to a decrease in the performance of the institution, can bring out the cost factor and cause the training given to the employees to be inconclusive. It is important that senior management should make contributions to the decisions and leadership roles that will be made by the senior management. The sample of the study constitutes 323 white-collar workers in the private and public sector in Central Anatolia. After the factorial and reliability analyzes were performed in the bulldular IBM SPSS 23 program, hypotheses were tested and analyzed by regression analysis.
