Özet: Stress is one of the important risks that negatively affect both the working life and health of individuals. The physical, chemical and biological risks as well as psychological risks affect the quality of life of individuals, their attitudes towards people, their commitment to workplaces, their willingness to work and their relations with individuals in the working environment. These negativities are also effective in the occurrence of occupational accidents by revealing distractions and concentration disorder in individuals. In this study, it is aimed to determine what kind of problems caused by the stress sources that nurses are exposed to and the disadvantages of their performance. Nurses working at the Sinop Atatürk State Hospital were reached for the study. Glazer Stress Scale was applied to 132 nurses in addition to the nurses who were on their way to determine the degree of stress they experienced and the factors causing these stress.
