Özet: In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between workplace spirituality and its subdimensions and psychological capital and its subdimensions. Data of the study were collected from 239 employees of the Gürmen Group Ramsey Textile Plant located in Kastamonu province and the number of the participants is representative for the research population. Questionnaire technique was used to collect the data. For measuring the spirituality level of employees in the workplace “Workplace Spirituality Scale” was used in the research. For measuring the psychological capital level of employees “Psychological Capital Scale” was used. Construct validity of the scales was tested with the exploratory factor analysis. In the reliability analyses of the scales Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient was used. For testing the research hypotheses, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were utilized. According to findings, it has been found that workplace spirituality (work engagement, mystical experience, spiritual connection, sense of community) has a significant and positive effect on psychological capital and its subdimensions (optimism, psychological resilience, hope and self-efficacy). In the light of these findings, it can be said that workplace spirituality takes a predictive role in psychological capital.
