Özet: In recent years, the changing understanding of organizational management is based on a human-oriented perspective and necessitates the social and psychological needs of the employees as well as their material needs. The fact that employees are internal stakeholders of organizations and their great effects on organizational processes has led human behaviours to be topics in management science more frequently. An effort to define employee relationships in organizations and explain its relationship with a number of factors has provided new insights into the field of organizational behaviour. In this research, based on this point, it is aimed to evaluate the effect of organizational justice perceptions of banking sector employees in Konya on the job engagement and intention to leave. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the perception of organizational justice of the bank employees increased their level of work commitment and decreased the intention to leave.
