Özet: In this study, revealing the direction and strength of the relationship between perception of job security and turnover intention and explaining the role of the job embeddedness on this relationship is aimed. The questionnaire form developed within the scope of the study was applied to 385 hotel employees in Antalya. Four hypotheses developed to test the structural equation model developed based on the relations between variables were all accepted due to the statistical data reached. According to the results of the research, job security perceptions of the employees and their turnover intentions are at medium level and their job embeddedness is at the low level. As a result of the data analysis, it was concluded that job security perception had a positive impact on job embeddedness and the job embeddedness had a negative impact on turnover intention. It was also determined that the perception of job security reduced the turnover intention and the embeddedness played a partial mediator role in this relationship.
