Özet: Organizational justice is an important concept that affects employee attitudes and behaviors. However, there are few studies examining the relationship between organizational justice and employee performance in the literature. The aim of this research is to provide a better understanding of the concept of organizational justice and to examine the relationship between employee perceptions of interaction justice and employee performance. This study was conducted with the participation of 183 employees in the banking sector in Istanbul. The concepts in question were first examined on the basis of demographic factors, then the relationship between them was analyzed. According to the research results, positive relationships between employees and perception of justice are among the factors that determine performance. However, demographic differences have no impact on the perception of interactional justice and performance.
