Özet: This study examines authentic leadership and its impact on organizational trust in the accommodation businesses. Data were collected by using a survey on 298 employees who work in accommodation businesses in Rize. The study finds that authentic leadership influence organizational trust positively. The study offers theoretical and practical implications.
