Özet: In this study, firstly the validity and then the reliability of the scaled questions were tested on various applications in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. These applications, which are tried to be measured in six basic titles are; Safety Procedures and Risk Management(GPRY), Safety and Health Rules(GSK),  First Aid Support and Training(İDE), Preventing Work Accidents(İKÖ), Organizational Safety Support(ÖGD), Reporting Culture(RK). Both validity and reliability results were found to be quite significant and acceptable,as the second stage, it has been investigated whether the application factors obtained make a difference according to various demographic characteristics of the individuals.Regarding the study; it was found that the organizational safety support subscale scores according to the participants' position, safety procedures and risk management subscale scores according to the total working time of the participants, safety and health rules and reporting culture sub-dimension scores according to participants' weekly working hours, organisational safety support sub-dimension scores according to the way the participants reach work, safety procedures and risk management with safety and health rulessub-dimension scores according to the negative impact of the working environment on physical health,safety procedures and risk management, safety and health rules, accident preventionsub-dimension scores according to the negative impact of the working environment on mental health differed significantly in the enterprise. However, it was found that the average scores of the other occupational health and safety practices did not show significant differences (p>0,05) according to all other demographic characteristics including gender, marital status, age groups and education level.
