Özet: Efforts to producing new goods and services of employees are very important under increasing competitive conditions. In the health sectors where labor is intense, the feeling stronger of the employees themselves within the organization will also have an impact on the Innovations that are desired to be realized. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of positive psychological capital (PsyCap) on service innovation performance (SIP). In the research, questions prepared to determine the demographic and individual characteristics of the employees, a questionnaire form consisting of three parts was used: PsyCap (hope, optimism, self-efficacy and psychological resilience) scale and SIP (service Innovation behavior and new service development) scale. The universe of the research is the health workers in a general hospital in the health sector. For the evaluations made on 428 questionnaires, frequency analysis, t test, Anova test, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. It was viewed that the research model tested by structural equation modeling was verified and PsyCap has been found to have a positive and significant effect on the SIP.
