Özet: Culture plays an important role for social development because it can become a way to acquire beliefs, values or norms that modify the actions of society; Therefore, this research aimed to carry out a documentary analysis of organizational culture from a socio-formative approach as a strategy to face the challenges of the climate crisis to achieve sustainable social development. The documentary analysis methodology was followed. The main results showed a slow and difficult articulation between the economic, social and environmental aspects in the different organizations due to the little urgency of the actors (government, companies, schools) to implement sustainable strategies, this due to the fact that a climate crisis.
