Özet: One of the debates with Marx, and the Marxists, which has been present in social sciences and social struggles, is the relevance of his reflections to understand the situation of working women. In this article, we seek to participate in this discussion, with the idea of opening spaces for confluence and encouraging a joint reflection. We are interested in reflecting on the labor and daily reality that Mexican immigrants live in the United States during neoliberalism up to the current crisis, specifically, in the case of women. We start by placing the migratory issue in the Marxist discourse in a general way, so as to present the way we understand the category of superexploitation and how we use it for the comprehension of the migratory phenomenon. Then, we reflect on the current situation of Me xican migrant women who work and live in the United States by way of exemplifying the situation of women who work in the food industry and the situation of super-exploitation in which they find themselves.
