Özet: The turn of the Lenin Moreno government towards neoliberalism, putting the State on a silver platter to the oligarchy has provoked the most diverse debates about the character of its administration, transition or continuity? This text discusses the thesis of continuity debating on the particularities of the “Revolución Ciudadana”, the oligarchic rise of the hand of Moreno, legitimized by the “Consulta Popular” of 2018, the deinstitutionalization process - “descorreización” -, the possible scenarios of “crossed death” and the results of the sectional elections of 2019.
