Özet: The digital age has generated improvements but also challenges in communication. The constant use of electronic devices develops problems in the interaction from person to person; it is an effect that associates children, youth and adults. In this research a sample of 366 people is analyzed, among parents, teachers and 5th, 6th and 7th grade students of EGB Media, addressing two dimensions of study a) frequency of use of ICT in students and b) level of control of parents and teachers. The manuscript presents the results of the application of a scale with guarantees of reliability (α = .89), in addition an interview model for parents and teachers. The biggest use they give to the Internet is entertainment (43.2% children - 57.4% girls), and 40.9% of boys and 59.1% of girls have active accounts in social networks.
