Özet: Student-centred learning in the School Trust Program (TSP) provides a benchmark and reference centre for 21st century learning. Unfortunately, research on the psychometric properties of items for testing TSP elements is very limited. It is difficult to obtained empirical evidence for accurate, valid, and reliable measurement items. Therefore, this study aimed to test the psychometric properties of the items for TSP teaching elements through the Rasch Model. The study utilized a survey design with a fully quantitative approach. The questionnaire was adapted from the Trust School Teacher Handbook 2018, Performance Management System for Teachers.
