Özet: Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the learning environment depends on a well-coordinated classroom organization and effective management of the curriculum. However, this situation is related to a structure that requires not only teachers but also student behaviors to be appropriate. Therefore, classroom management can be considered as one of the issues that require serious effort and effort for teachers, and it can be described as one of the issues that need to be carefully considered.Due to its enumerated importance, this study aimed to determine the factors affecting classroom management from the perspective of classroom teachers. In order to determine the importance levels of the identified problems, an application was made to classroom teachers working in Giresun Province. DEMATEL, the Multi Criteria Decision Making Methods (MCDV), was used to eliminate the problems in these issues, which are seen as a complex problem. According to the analysis results obtained from the DEMATEL method, the most important factors affecting classroom management were "Teacher Characteristics", "Effective Communication", "Education Programs", "Teacher's Discipline Understanding" and "Student Situations", respectively. The least important factors related to classroom management are "Physical Environment", "Family" and "Student Situations", respectively.
