Özet: In this work, the effects of gibberellic acid, ethylene, 24-epibrassinolide, triacontanol and polyamine (cadaverine, putrescine, spermidine, spermine) pretreatments on the leaf anatomy of radish seedlings grown under saline conditions were studied. Salt stress decreased the stomata number, epidermis cell number and width, leaf thickness and distance between vascular bundles in the varying degrees in the control seedlings non-pretreated with the growth regulators, in comparison with leaves of the ones in distilled water medium. On the other hand, it was observed that the growth regulator pretreatments affected in different degrees on the leaf anatomy of radish seedlings, and this difference was signifi cant
