Özet: The purpose of this study is to examine the significance and relationship between leisure attitudes and participation obstacles in leisure of food and beverage managers. In this regard, after performing a detailed literature review, data were collected through a compiled survey with two different scales which has proven reliability and validation in previous research. The differences and relationships were analyzed by non-parametric analysis with obtained data. Differences and relationships between demographic groups and relationships between leisure attitudes and obstacles of participation in leisure were tried to reveal. In conclusion, assessments were made by the identified differences and relationships and recommendations have been made for researchers and practitioners.
