Özet: Systematic education is the first responsibility as equal information service to countrymen in every country in the world. Educational system is under the auspicious of various ministries in different countries and it provides to adjust from the primary school to the end of university training all the necessary and fundamental knowledge to youngsters for their personal, worldly view, knowledge gains towards enlightened individuals. In some of the countries and societies, the vivid dimensions of education has been either shallowed or surrounded by means of unbelievable circumstances. During the most productive ages of the youths instead of stagnant education system it is necessary to provide active education by improving their thinking capabilities. In such an approach apart from the science philosophy the ability to use logical principles and rules are very important. In some countries and societies the education is like accumulation of memorable knowledge in a memory cup against generative, innovative and mind triggering developments. In this article, there will be some suggestions for active and effective education based on the science philosophy and logical rule principles.
