Özet: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of science and technology course with online-based prepared posters on students’ attitude toward science and technology course. Some science topics were taught with the online-based prepared posters. It was an experimental study with a pre and post-test with participants for this study consisting of 25 middle 8th grade students in Turkey. Some topics were given to students: Ozone layer, acid rain, cloning, stem cell, global warming, human genome project, endangered animals, nuclear pollution, diseases of our age, tectonic movements: earthquake. The students conducted research on online. Posters were prepared at power point program and were presented in classroom. Data was collected by the Attitude toward Science Test (ATST) and interview. There was a significant difference between students’ ATST pre and post-test. (p < 0.05).The result revealed that the process had a positive impact on students’ attitudes toward science.
