Özet: The wide spread of mobile devices and cloud services has changed the paradigm of the progress of information technology in educational institutions. In connection with rapid development of various "smart" devices it is ripe a necessity in concession of electronic services in a form of mobile applications and mobile versions of the web application. This article describes the experience of a structure of mobile applications for higher education.
