Özet: Educational statistics is a tool for describing the state of an educational system, identification of problems and trends in its development and evaluating its effectiveness. In this sense, the main objective of educational statistics is an accurate reflection of processes taking place at all levels of the education system of a country and information support for a wide range of stakeholders. There are significant technical and organizational problems associated with the collection of primary educational data due to the use of different accounting systems in educational institutions and the scale of the collected data. This leads to the importance of the development of information systems of educational statistics. However, in the literature such systems are often regarded as a set of technical means. The issue of intellectual analysis of gathered data is not sufficiently presented in them.
