Özet: The online world is overpopulated with public data which comes in different forms – structured, semi-structured or unstructured. Organizing it to serve other purposes than its primary informative ones is a challenging task. This paper presents a SaaS solution that uses free PaaS to extract online public data and store it in a specially designed relational database. Afterwards, data mining techniques are applied as text mining and classification analysis to transform the information into knowledge. This SaaS solution is applied on Bulgaria web sites with IT jobs offerings with aim to find tendencies for cloud ones. Data located on such kind of portals is vast, semi-structured and very dynamic. Analysis of current situation can be done with many online and free analytical tools and even some trends can be captured. However, much more is needed in order to obtain a thorough picture and to gain knowledge.
