Özet: The compulsory usage of data boxes, introduced throughout the Czech Republic by the act No. 300/2008 on electronic acts and authorised document conversion, has given to organizations a chance of using modern and flexible tool for authorised communication with governmental bodies. On the other side, it requires a high quality interconnection with document management system of the organization. It is relatively solvable in the case of a successful firm where a complete solution to the problem can be available on the market. For academic organizations are these complete product usually only hardly achievable, therefore usually a project initiative is used for looking for a reasonable, if not optimal, solution to this problem.The purpose of the paper is to discuss possible solutions of the above formulated problem and suggest a reasonable solution, suitable for academic environment.
