Özet: The child abuse is the most difficult one to disclose among other types of child abuse. Sexual abuse refers to the use of children as sexual objects in order to satisfy them. Sexual abuse is a type of abuse that is mostly hidden and does not come to light. However, the short and long-term effects of sexual abuse are considered to be very important. In this study, it was aimed to examine the behaviors of school administrators and teachers as sexual abuse and neglect and their personal opinions about which of these behaviors were more frequently encountered. The research was conducted in two public schools of the TRNC Ministry of Education. In this research, semi-structured interview technique was used in qualitative research methods. Five school administrators and 25 teachers were interviewed in 30 different schools. The data obtained from the research were analyzed by content method. According to the findings obtained from the participants, sexual abuse and neglect were identified as the most difficult and the most difficult to identify. All the participants expressed their thoughts by explaining the sexual abuse and neglect examples of the trainers participating in the research in accordance with the information given. However, considering all other forms of abuse, sexual abuse and neglect are the most difficult forms of abuse and neglect.
