Özet: When we look at the starting status of foreign language education in our country, it is seen that during the period starting from the primary school. Since 1997 4th classes in primary school foreign language teaching, as of the 2013-2014 school year are applied in 2nd class.In this study aims to evaluate the primary 2th English curriculum in terms of the teachers' opinions, phenomenology of qualitative research design was used. Working group of the study, the spring semester 2013-2014 academic years in the central of Malatya province consists of 20 English teacherentering 2th classes. Research for the sampling of "criterion sampling method" was used. Research data were obtained by structured interviews. In the analysis of data "descriptive analysis" with "content analysis" it is used. When we look at some of the results obtained from the research teachers said that, in the most of the more encountered difficulties 2th Classes English curriculum carried out with the lack of technology and material deficiencies with student's level, textbooks that the non-compliance, with regard to the strengths of English curriculum, language teaching into useful, student views and word learning has been shown to be more supportive.
