Özet: In this study, the school headmasters and teachers are accept which behaviors as child abuse and neglect. In addition to this, the school headmasters and teachers’ opinions which they had been accepted to this behaviours in the difficult categories as child abuse and neglect, which is more frequently of and causes of child abuse and neglect, what is the current prevention strategies about the child abuse and neglect and  also what  is their personal suggestion about the child abuse and neglect, were examined as a aim. This study was carried in two different government primary schools that under the T.R.N.C Ministry of Education Directorate of Primary Education Department. During the research, the semi-structured interview technique, one of the ways of qualitative research method was used and in the two different schools, 5 headmasters and 25 teachers with a total 30 people were interviewed. Results of the research were analyzed with the contect analyze method. According to the findings of this case study, Child abuse and neglect, the behaviour is happening on the physical, emotional, sexual abuse and neglect under categories as specified, in addition to cultural-political and economic abuse and negligence of education and health with designated scope of the study. The most common type of abuse and neglect, physical and emotional abuse and neglect along with it is, sexual abuse and neglect did not occur with almost no, for some reason is based on the cultural-religiousabuse and economic abuse as can be seen, along with education and health are also neglected, we meet very rarely has been mentioned.
