Özet: The child abuse and neglect had accepted as a important problem for children in our society and especially for all of the world, recently. The problem of child abuse and neglect, both schoolheadmasters and teachers’ positions are very important to identify and prevent it. When the litetature are analyzed,  the problem of the child abuse and neglect is accepted important. The emotional or psychological abuse and neglect of the children is an important problem as physical abuse and neglect. It is defined as child’s emotional and psychological harms. Emotional/psycological abuse is almost always present when other types of maltreatment are explained. Emotional abuse and neglect is accepted as the most common problem encountered. Accodingly this study’s aims that, the school headmasters and teachers are accept which behaviors as physical abuse and neglect. This study was carried in two different government primary schools that under the T.R.N.C Ministry of Education, Directorate of Primary Education Department. During the research, with the semi-structured interview technique, as a qualitative research method was used. In the two different schools, 5 headmasters and 25 teachers, in total 30 participants were interviewed. In accordance with this purpose  the participants of the study, they examined the emotional abuse into the 5 themes as; Child’s parents do not give enough love/affections fot their child/children, do not having enough time for with the child/children, the children spends  more time with their family member (apart from parents) or education centers (like etudes); The parental ‘life stress’ reflection affects on the child/children and the parents are not right model for child/children’s life; The Child/children are despareted or demeaned by the parents; giving responsibilty to child/children over of their capacity or drudgery; The child/children’s self qualities, emotions or thoughts are not respected by the parents. . All of these themes are occured by the participant’s opions.
