Özet: In this study, the learning outcomes of 2013, 2017 and 2018 secondary biology programs were examined according to the revised Bloom Taxonomy and the distribution of the outcomes to the corresponding level was expressed in figures and graphics. A qualitative approach was employed through document analysis. The objectives are coded into dimensions suitable for descriptive analysis in the Revised Bloom Taxonomy. The 2013 secondary biology program for the 9th grade had learning outcomes in evaluating and creating levels, the 2017 and 2018 did not possess any learning outcomes in these two levels. Therefore, learning outcomes in evaluating and creating should be added to the 2018 secondary biology program for the 9th grade.
