Özet: In this study, education philosophies are emphasized, which have an important effect in education system and which closely affect all elements and activities of education. The aim of this study is to determine and evaluate the opinions of school administrators and teachers on the national educational philosophy of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In this research, a mixed research method consisting of qualitative and quantitative research methods was used. Scale and interview form were used to reveal the perceptions of school principals and teachers about educational philosophy of TRNC. This scale and interview form were applied to the school administrators and teachers who work in official, private high schools and colleges and vocational high schools affiliated with GOÖD and MTÖD connected to MoNE in 2018-2019 academic year. As a result of the application, the scale was applied to 150 school administrators and teachers, and interviews were conducted with 15 school administrators and teachers. 15 trainers (8 managers and 7 teachers) who work in 18 schools in total in the 2018-2019 academic years, which are affiliated to the general secondary education office and vocational technical education department of the TRNC Ministry of National Education.
