Özet: Generally many of the studies on legislative activities focus on the national and local work of parties and parliamentarians in certain periods. On the other hand examining the data of the legislative periods regarding the enactment processes of the draft laws/proposals was the subject of less research. The purpose of this study is to examine draft laws and proposals in Turkey Grand National Assembly in the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th legislative session and to discuss their contribution periodically and also in all of this period to the law-making process of the party, which are not show variability. For this purpose, all the draft laws and proposals in the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th legislative periods were examined and the data on the draft laws and proposals that were enacted, invalidated and decided were determined. The contributions of the parties which have been in the parliament for 5 periods, individual contributions and joint contributions were calculated regarding for determined draft laws and proposals. The findings are shown in tables. 7.664 draft laws and proposals based on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th legislative activities were examined. According to legislated bill and number of law proposals criteria, the results showed that the legislative efficiency is the highest in the 22nd legislative period on the scope of the legislative frequency.
