Özet: In 20 th century, it is a known realty that new economic order which leads to world economics do not only affect economic dimension of social life. Social life, within that deal, has witnessed many changes and transformations in social, political, cultural, geographical, demographical, environmental and many other areas which we did not mention. But it is seen that these changes have an affect on social life sometimes positive or negative. In this study, for countries that want to be sustainable in their economical growth; an investigation regarding the negative externalities that they have to deal with because of the environment that has been destroyed. Under this circumstances; firstly a general evaluation will be done, and then the study regarding the green sustainability and green economy in Turkey will be evaluated.
