Özet: Today, because of the change in forms and tools of modern business life, the attitudes and expectations of employment produced by the economy of knowledge workers, it’s considered crucial for the organizational socialization concept to get updated in order to be discussed and researched thoroughly. It’s accepted that the future studies are in need of assesments which refine levels and outcomes of socialization (Liang ve Hsieh, 2008: 212). In this study, the few studies’ complex results that focus on socialization tactics within organizational socialization is examined. Furthermore, for providing a support for the nomological network formation of the concept, some related contextual factors in different researches that are related to organizational socialization is also discussed.
