Özet: The culinary culture of a country's plays an important role in foreign tourists, who visited the country, holiday experiences. Therefore, to keep abreast of foreign tourists views about Turkish cuisine will make a significant contribution to the tourism industry. This study conducted in order to determine the opinions of foreign tourists about Turkısh cuisine and providing advice to accommodation and food and beverage establishments according to result involves 436 foreigners volunteers. The study was carried out between the months of September to December in Istanbul. In gathering data, questionnaire form have been used and results have been analyzed through SPSS 15.0 statistic programme. In spite of included foreign tourists in the study find Turkısh meals absolutely delicious, fragrant, savory, square, good-looking, different from other cuisine, healthy, safety, quality and wide range at the same time they find Turkish meals absolutely too much oily, fatty and spicy in general.
