Özet: Small and Medium sized enterprises are the most important key determinants to achieve the high sustainable economic growth and employment and a rising standard of living for Turkish economy while maintaining financial stability and thus to contribute to the development of the world economy. One of the major problems which creates the poor business environment for SME’s is an acces to financing. This study is thought to make contribution to literature by analyzing the alternative methods available to SME’s financing and the benefits of capital markets for SME’s in Turkey.
