Özet: This work aims to detect the communication and job satisfaction in multinational and national organizations and compare the dimensions in this relationship. From this point of view, in two national and international organization, perceptions of employees on internal communication along with the impact on the perception of job satisfaction were evaluated with a field study. Study aims to keep the light on to the question of in which dimensions organizational communication affect job satisfaction and the essentials for identifying the target of organization's human resources policies. According to research results, organizational communication for both multi-national organizations and national organizations employees; with all dimensions affects the job satisfaction. At the same time, job satisfaction of the employees of multinational organizations was observed lower than the national organizations employees
