Özet: In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationships between individualism-collectivism values, career anchors and career satisfaction. The sample of the study consists of 145 mid-level managers.The study was designed as an explanatory study based on the cause and effect relationship. The findings of this study indicate that the individualism-collectivism dimensions of the culture are effective on the career anchors and career satisfaction. Moreover, according to the findings, it can be seen that career anchors are efficient factors explaining the variance in career satisfaction
