Özet: The key factor which increases the rate of competition and change is knowledge. For that reason, the businesses which desire to be successful need to determine the knowledge management performance and the affecting factors. In a dynamic economic environment by knowledge, the businesses which would like to be successful have to integrate their behaviors to create opportunities and change these opportunities into competition advantage using their limited resources. Especially from 2000’s the integration of entrepreneurship and strategic management areas has been conceptualized as strategic entrepreneurship. In this study it is aimed to determine the effect of strategic entrepreneurship practices on knowledge management performance. The scale prepared by basing on strategic entrepreneurship scale developed by Kimuli (2011) and the knowledge management performance indicators identified by Orr and Persson (2003) and Shannak (2009) were used in data collection. The study was conducted in Informatics 500 companies and 154 managers were reached. In data analysis IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and IBM.SPSS.Amos.v22 package programmes were used and respectively, factor, reliability, correlation and regression analyses were prepared. As a result of the study, it was found out that strategic entrepreneurship practices increased the knowledge management performance and entrepreneurial mindset had the highest contribution within the sub-dimensions.
