Özet: Technological developments in the business world, in business processes has brought with it the need for qualified and well-trained people. The demand and preferences-oriented human resource needs have been tried to be met by vocational schools with internship trainings added to their education and training programs. The education programs mentioned under the name of 3+1 are planned to be trained in 3 half-term schools and 1 half-term in enterprises, so that student skills aimed to be associated with the labor market. In this study, it was tried to evaluate the business experiences of computer technology students who were educated in the 3+1 education and training program, which enabled them to be employed after the workplace training. Research The study was carried out within the framework of the case study, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Data Using the interview form technique, it was digitally recorded over the Zoom software according to the document system. Headings in the question form were coded as the main theme, sub-themes related to the header and sub-themes. 13 of the theme codes were made up of headers and 32 of them were subheadings. The coded data was evaluated with the content analysis method and the MAXQDA analysis program was used in the analysis of the data. Analysis findings were discussed in line with the objectives of the study and aimed at the purpose of the study Conclusions and suggestions were made for students, school and business actors who are among the implementation stakeholders.
