Özet: The place and importance of SMEs in the country’s economies is quite high. Regarding the average, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) have a high value of 96 % among all the enterprises in the world (tüik.gov.tr). Within this valuable ratio, manufacturers SMEs are also important. Because the manufacturer SMEs constitute a large part of the SMEs which hold a large part in the foreign trade activities of the countries. As the world also important that SMEs in Turkey, when we look at the rate of all businesses, it is seen that a level of 98 % of space for SMEs. The SMEs that occupy such a large position in the economy are in an even more important position in foreign trade, especially in exports. Again, manufacturers SMEs are also on the forefront; especially for large enterprises in the supply of semi-finished products and products and enter into markets that large enterprises do not enter or miss or overlook, contributing to the country’s exports.
