Özet: Information and information technology is one of the most important concepts which centre todays’ commercial and social life. Important technological levels of information technologies has becoming an important factor on producting regularly and spreading rapidly of information. Businesses can continue their work with low expenses and do mass production by using information technologies. At the same time businessesar trying to be effective on motivation and performance of employee by using these techonologies. The aim of this study is to search the effect of information technologies on the employees’ the performance and motivation.
