Özet: Turkey's European Union (EU) accession process began in July 31, 1959. However, EU-Turkey relations has been in a bumpy dialogue due to the changes in the international system in the historical process and the impact of the events of European integration. Relationships that have been going on for about 60 years have not resulted in full membership, thus, different alternatives have been raised for Turkey. In the study, process in Turkey-EU relations, Turkey's political stance and the EU can create alternatives to the EU it will be considered, especially considering the current developments. The presence of alternative organizations in the international arena and their relations with Turkey will be examined and while Turkey's relations with both the EU and the other organizations are being evaluated, whether participation in a politically different international organization will be an alternative to the EU will be examined.
