Özet: The military profession, which was (is) thought to have emerged as a result of the transition to mass life, grew (has grown) day by day and formed highly crowded and all kinds (equipped with many kinds) of armies. Nowadays, almost all countries in the world form armies or armies to ensure their security. The most important denominator (part) of the armies is the officer. Officers are the (brains of the armies.), (and they are) The officers are responsible for the management, training and development of the army. Officers have more or less responsibility and influence in all activities and stages of the army. The training of the officers who have played such an important role for the armies, and thus for the countries, also gains a special importance. In our article applied in German officers are not applied in education and training officers in Turkey appreciate the benefits it will provide implementation training stages evaluated were discussed. In addition, some assessments have been made to improve existing practices. Thus, an effort has been made to contribute to the purpose of creating ideal officer training.
