Özet: Credit card usage is integrated in people’s life more and more each day, especially as a future customers, the young people’s attitude towards credit card usage is getting more important for marketers. The aim of the study is to investigate the factors affecting the general attitude of university students towards credit card use. With this aim, a survet is designed with a computer mediated telephone questionnaire (CATI), obtained data from a bank with a systematic sampling method, 4000 telephone numbers are called and obtained 1097 answers from university student respondents who are willing to participate the research, finally research is concluded and reported over 880 respondents. In the conclusion part of the study results obtained iron the research is discussed and interpreted along with the related literature.
