Özet: A new mealybug species, Foncolombia ulusoyi sp. n. (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae), is described and illustrated based on the adult female. The new species was collected off Stipa sp. and Festuca sp. (Poaceae) at Iğdır in Turkey
