Özet: The concept of race belongs to both the social sciences and the sciences such as biology and genetics. In general, the terms race and ethnic have been used interchangeably for years. Today, the term race is associated with physical differences; ethnic group term are used in the context of cultural differences. The increasing number of classes or groups gradually in the social structure also changed the form of racial violence. New racism, in particular, is a term used to characterize the dramatic separation from obvious racism to more subtle forms after the civil rights of the 1960s. This study aims to explain the racism that it has constructed as a form of humiliation and to explain it culturally in modern societies where the individual subject has declared its dominance. The study also deals with different variations of racism; the subject of cultural racism, which is expressed as new racism in the literature, is evaluated in a wide range.
