Özet: Bicycle use, which is preferred as an alternative transportation method in the city and campus areas, has become widespread especially in the last decade with the establishment of bicycle sharing systems. With the convenience and flexibility provided by bicycle sharing systems, the freedom of transportation when desired has enabled users to prefer these systems instead of using their own private bicycles or public transportation methods. As in cities, university campuses grow over time, so transportation problems are also increasing. In order to find a solution to the problem in question, in this study, an electric bicycle sharing system that will facilitate transportation mobility of students and staff on campus is proposed. In this system, in which shared mobility elements are used, a charging station has been designed to meet the charging needs of the electric bicycles to be used with a photovoltaic system. Within the scope of the study, the number of electric bicycles to be put into use according to the standards was determined, then the number of photovoltaic panels and the number of batteries required to provide the required energy were calculated. One of the important advantages of this system is that the surplus energy produced in photovoltaic panels can be transferred to the grid, thus providing added value.
