Özet: This study was conducted to reveal whether ethical leadership behaviors have any effect on employees' perception of organizational justice. Within the scope of the research, online surveys were distributed to the customer relationship employees of an enterprise operating in the communication sector in Turkey. 66 feedbacks were received. As a result of the factor analysis of the scales used, it was determined that the ethical leadership scale was collected under a single factor as in the original scale, but some statements in the organizational justice scale disrupted the factor structure by cross-distributing, and one statement could not be analyzed due to online problems. Therefore, as a result of the factor analysis, a two-dimensional structure, interactional justice and distributive justice, emerged for the organizational justice scale. As a result of the analysis made on the data obtained, it was revealed that the ethical leadership behaviors of the employees and their perceptions of organizational justice and distributional justice were at a medium level, but their perception of interactional justice was at a high level. In addition, as a result of the simple linear regression analysis conducted in order to reveal the effect of ethical leadership on organizational justice and its sub-dimensions, it was revealed that ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational justice and its subdimensions, interactional and distributional justice. The results of the study were discussed and some implications were given for future research.
