Özet: In today's world, the main purpose of organizational cultureis to develop strategies and methods that will increase customer satisfaction by fulfilling requests. This development made it necessary to crate a strategic organizationel culture and mission so that organization can adapt to chahges in a rapidly changing world. At this point, businesses must have a srategy. The success of the goals depends on various strategic management practices. An organization away from innovation will not be to adapt to constantly changing innovations. In organizations, efficiency will increase with the implementation of strategic manegement and instruments, costomer satisfaction will be provided and rising profits will be positive. In this staty, the effects of strategic management and instruments on organizations will be analysed systematically by making use of domestic and foreign scientific resources.
